Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscriptions & Platform Fees

For merchants subscribing to BookMyCut Partner Pro features, all transactions are processed through Google Play Billing (Android) or App Store (iOS). Subscription billing cycles automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the next billing date. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no prorated refunds or credits are issued for partially used subscription periods.

2. Booking Cancellations & Customer Payments

BookMyCut is a platform that links clients with grooming partners for appointment scheduling and queue management. We do not collect payments or booking deposits from customers on the app. All grooming services are paid directly at the physical salon location after the service is completed. As such, online customer refunds do not apply to bookings made through the app. Clients can cancel appointments directly via the app according to the individual merchant's cancellation policies.

3. Failed Transactions

In case of a payment failure where money is deducted from your account but the booking or subscription is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded by your bank or the payment gateway back to your original source of payment within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Shipping Policy

Not Applicable: BookMyCut is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) and digital appointment booking platform. We do not ship physical products; therefore, there are no shipping fees, delivery timelines, or physical tracking policies associated with our operations.
