Welcome to BookMyCut. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BookMyCut mobile application ("App") and our website. By downloading, accessing, or using BookMyCut, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
BookMyCut provides an online platform that connects customers with local barbers, salons, and stylists. The platform allows users to browse service offerings, view availability, and schedule bookings. We do not provide barbering or hair styling services ourselves; all services booked are provided by independent barbers or salons.
To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account using your phone number or other login options. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and maintain the security of your login details. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
When you book an appointment through the App, you agree to respect the scheduled time. Barbers and salons set their own appointment, cancellation, and fee policies, which are displayed at the time of booking. Repeated failure to show up for appointments or late cancellations may result in account suspension.
You agree not to use the App to engage in any unlawful conduct, transmit spam or harmful materials, interfere with the App's security features, or harass barbers, salon staff, or other users.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always be secure, error-free, or function without disruptions. The quality of hair styling or barbering services booked is solely the responsibility of the provider.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BookMyCut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of your use of the App or services booked through it.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make updates, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
